All discovery and recovery actions are within the limits of all State and Federal laws governing the Collection industry. What to expect during the recovery process:

• The Judgment Bureau will very often levy bank accounts (many times this will entice the debtor to pay for any remaining debts).
• During collection efforts, the debtor may request a payment plan or negotiate a pay off.
• Once proceeds from a judgment recovery are received in our office, you will receive a check for your percentage as listed in the Purchase Agreement.
